Return and Refund Policy, Order Cancellations

Personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once an order is placed. This is because these products are custom made for you. We understand, however, that at times customers make mistakes, entering the wrong date or misspelling a word. For this reason, at time of check-out, we ask that you verify your text is correct by checking a box to confirm accuracy.

When we receive your order, we review the spelling, as well. Should we see a word that looks misspelled, we may contact you by text, telephone, or email to confirm accuracy. In addition, should you notice a mistake after you place your order, please use the Contact Us page to immediately follow up with us. That way, we can make the spelling correction on our end.

As noted, we do everything we can to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your product. We are a small company and strive for customer satisfaction. Lastly, please note that bulk and discounted orders cannot be returned because we produce products or deduct from inventory specifically for your order. Again, both are considered custom orders.
